Bought one tent from another store, went there for warranty. One of the staffs, I think her name is Garbutt,helped me out. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. Good experience, definitely will recommend it to my friends.
No matter who tends to you, the staff at this store are ALWAYS so helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they're always willing to lend a hand.
