From the moment you walk into the showroom in Townsville, you are engulfed by beautiful lounges, fragrant leather and a true feeling of class, but it doesn't stop there... I spent a good three days overall selecting the perfect set-up (In-store & home correspondence) assisted by the amazing Amanda, who guided me through the entire process. During this time, she discussed with me an endless array of choice's, including but not limited to: Fabric/leathers/modular variables (tiny nuisances), that could be tweaked to perfection in order to achieve your mind's desire. At all times whilst in the showroom, I was at absolute peace, nobody rushing to sway my opinion for a quick sale, and believe me, my selection changed ten or so times before settling on my chosen modular; a perfect balance of modern aesthetics and pure comfort. Without Amanda's experience, patience and passion for her work, I'm sure mistakes would have been made and ended with regret in some facet and inturn buyer's remorse. I am very grateful for the service that was provided to me at Plush Townsville, amazing products, only surpassed by the services of brilliant retail professionals. Thank you Amanda! I will be recommending this department to anyone searching for an affordable, perfect piece for their home living space, a decision nobody should take lightly. 11/10

We just purchased a lounge from Jesse at the Townsville Showroom. We have been looking for a long time for a new lounge and the service was exceptional. We chose the Melbourne lounge and are looking forward to it being delivered. Fabulous product, exceptional service I would highly recommend.
Megan and the rest of the staff in the Townsville showroom were very understanding when it came to me being unable to make a decision. Not once did I feel pressured. Very accommodating. Now I just have to wait patiently for me new lounge!
