Advised 2-3 month wait for a 2 piece lounge. Ended up being 5 months. No reason given for the extended delay. Claimed "we don't get told why". Cool story, it's your company, find out and advise your paying customer. Delivery date was a hassle. Even after extended delays they tried to charge extra for a Saturday delivery. Also, no time frame for delivery. They just expect you to sit at home all day waiting.

Awesome customer service the other day from their team member Storm. She was relaxed, yet professional and knew her products and their availability inside out. She made shopping with my 4 year old easy... can't wait to pick up our new bed.... highly recommended.
