Not even worth the hassle
Terrible experience. Car went in for a new wheel carrier (through insurance) and when i got it back the new carrier was hard up against my rear door cutting into my gard and the bolts scratching my newly painted bumper. After them trying to swing the old " new types are supposed to be like that" excuse and me not believing that nonsense they asked i come back in to look at it and worked out they had forgotten the extension bracket. (Mind you they specifically make this wheel carrier for my 4x4). Booked it in again with plenty of notice and stressed the fact i needed it back by a certain date. Told the time frame was not an issue to then have them say on the day i am supposed to get the car back that they need more time as they only booked an hour for the job. After stern words to the insurance provider they suddenly get the job done in time. Poor work, poor organisation and poor customer service. Definitely staying clear of these guys in the future.
