I asked a million questions before making a purchase for a gift, and Games Arcadia were happy to answer everything! I was dismayed to find that the console wouldn't switch on when I received it, but once I messaged, Games Arcadia told me that this was unusual, and even met with me in person to swap the console out for one that they tested personally! Really great customer service from beginning to end, and now we're enjoying retro gaming!

Ordered the King of Arcade 3D Wifi Retro Games Console, an hour ago thinking I was pushing to have it by Christmas, Nicolas and his team had it picked, packed and out the door before I had completed payment!!
