She was professional from the start and explained her services/ options available when I was unsure which option would be best suited for my needs. Alison ensured I had a beautiful experience on the day of providing her services, and made me feel very loved/ sacred in my own safe space of home. You worked with us in obtaining the birth we wanted for our second child and we are truly thankful. All your goodies were appreciated, the herbal teas, recovery bath herbs, massage oils for birth and homemade meals. At such a time we are nurturing our baby, you were nurturing us. The valuable advice in ensuring we had a healthy pregnancy, not just the food aspect of probiotics and liver pate but the exercises to relieve pelvis and back pain. Your invaluable connections and resources with your recommendations of the chiropractor and the hiring of the tens machine. Your hospital bag came in great use and something we didn’t have to worry about. We strongly recommend your services to anyone having a baby. You gave us the extra strength and belief we needed to achieve our VBAC. Thank you for taking this journey with us.

Having Alison as my postpartum doula was a life-changing experience. My family live overseas and during covid could not visit so Alison came over on day 3 of baby's arrival and joined our little family on the adventure. She has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to postpartum and babies, plus she cooks amazing nutritious food which the body craves after running the marathon of birth. We love Alison and her wonderful service.
If you’re ever looking for a doula, look no further then Alison! From the first moment I contacted her, she was kind, caring and so helpful! And the postpartum meals she makes are absolutely to die for! They’re tasty and so beneficial to your healing and make life so much easier knowing you don’t have to worry about cooking! Alison makes you feel so cared for, you really cannot look any further for the more perfect lady to help you on your journey. We know that we’ll be in contact with Alison for future pregnancies.
