Usually music stores give off a good vibe. Its amazing these guys are even still trading. Made the mistake of going here once and received nothing but rude arrogant service. Will never purchase or drive anywhere near your store again. Steer clear!!!

When I started playing several years ago, I went to multiple music shops and always felt like I was being treated like a bit of an idiot. The staff at Gallin's Underwood were extremely helpful, and gave me the advice I needed. Also good is the fact their prices are substantially less than Ellaways, almost beyond belief on most occasions. I've bought two guitars, a bass guitar and microphones.
Staff are so busy talking rubbish to themselves and playing the electric drums that they didn't even acknowledge my presence, despite me wandering around the store and playing guitars for over an hour. 20k of front-of-house PA and guitar amps just walked our the door, you drop kicks.
Bought a brand new Gibson J-15 acoustic and paid independent technician to set up to the way I like, he found a problem with the neck. Gave it back to Gallins for warranty, came back to me with different gauge strings and dodgy setup - had to pay for technician again to set up - same neck problem was there. Gave the guitar away and vowed never to purchase from a Gallins store again. They excelled at pulling the wool over my eyes.
The stupid staff were uninterested and the blonde hair 'manager' at the Logan store opened the stored 20 minutes late, no apology and then looked annoyed when I walked in. Seriously they just don't want to succeed in business.
