Our practice has a Smeg instrument washer which is serviced by Galley exclusively. When we have needed spare parts it has taken months (not an exaggeration). The service technician charged over 300/hour despite spending most of that time on the 'phone as he had no idea what he was doing. He even turned up with parts for a different machine when we had told him the model number.
