Tait was professional to deal with and very responsive with our call. He worked late to make sure that we were able to use our cooktop for the next day so our family could function normally. He gave us a very quick solution and also discussed a long term plan in case we needed it which only showed he cared above and beyond normal repairmen. Had an Elektra lever espresso machine that needed a "heart transplant" - a new heating element - installed. Tait was on time, identified the issue quickly and was able to do the repair then and there. Having previously used his services I was confident that if he wasn't able to identify and fix the problem in the first instance that he'd be clear about the options and next steps.

Unforgettable experience. Some months back, I was assigned this company by fisher and paykel for a simple delivery and replacement. The owner appeared like he didn’t want this job and pushed it off. A replacement fridge can come from Sydney area to Canberra in 3 days but it’ll take ginger beard 12 days to deliver within Canberra. The owner Tait said later I could come on my own to help him to pickup the fridge at 830pm. I could not work with that and my family cannot go that long without a fridge, we had a newborn then who needed the breast milk stored cold. That provoked a backlash. This is appears to be a person who cannot accept any negative feedback as a consequences of slow service. The positive reviews here are from people who have not seen his other side, when work he doesn’t want or can’t handle promptly comes his way. The owner refused my family service yet he had my replacement fridge in his shop fsywich three kilometers away instead threatening to send it back to Sydney. As a father with a newborn at the time, I’ll never forget the negative impact of this experience. I’ve never seen an acknowledgement or apology for the impact of this behaviour on me and my family. You’ve been warned, could happen to you or maybe he’s changed his ways.
