Their courtesy and good cheer were much appreciated too! Yes, it does take some time for the windows to be built and installed, but not unreasonably so. Window replacement is not cheap, but worth every cent. Highly recommended! Helen

Solace you exceeded our expectations. Photos show some after and before comparisons. We installed French doors and sliding doors to open up the back of our house onto the deck. The security locking system is brilliant. The quality of glass, frames and the product as a whole is a 10 out of 10. We literally can’t wait to do the rest of our house. Highly recommend Solace Creations. Do not bother going else where. Solace are the experts and made what I thought was going to be a hard job easy. Thanks Solace team for taking care of us x
Solace Creations did a beautiful job. I thought replacing a window with a double door out to the deck would be difficult. Mark made it look easy and quickly did the work whilst demonstrating fine workmanship. I found their staff friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The doors I purchased are high quality are reasonably priced which left some money over in the budget for other renovations. From my fantastic experience I’m wondering what pettiness would lead a person to give them a low rating. Would definitely recommend and plan to use Solace Creations again to replace the old bathroom windows next.
My husband and I recently had new double glazed windows installed. The team at Solace were very professional from start to finish. A special mention to Ayla on reception as her communication regarding delivery, install and any current updates ensured a smooth process. I had a sliding door and window replaced. Excellent products, delivered when promised and installed by a great team. The whole process of quotation, measuring, and invoicing was faultless.
Our experience with Solace Creations was fantastic. The entire process from beginning to end was seamless. I was well informed of the delivery and installation schedule and all stages occurred as agreed. The installation was expertly carried out taking time given the age of the residence. The worksite was left clean and tidy and the client follow up by Solace was again as expected. We are thoroughly happy with the product overall a fantastic experience, thank you Solace Creations.
I am disappointed with Solace Creations. I have emailed three times and called once to try and arrange a quote. After an initial promise that Karen would be in touch, I haven't heard anything despite following up.
