Great experience for a couple of reasons. Wasn't sure what I was looking for and the guys at Pride were able to suggest something I hadn't considered. Then when it came to fitting they were able to fit around my existing accessories which gives me more options when setting up for different roles - I can chop and change. Great effort!

When they fitted an Ironman suspension upgrade to my Dmax they forgot to fit one of the front dust covers. It took them 2 months and repeated visits and phone calls from me to get the dust cover. When we arranged to get it fitted I asked them how long it would take, a couple of hours they said. 'So if I get the car to you at 8 Oclock it should be finished by lunch time?' I asked 'Yes' was the reply. So I made extensive arrangements and busted a gut to get the car to them at 7.50. It sat outside for about 3 hours before it was touched and I finally left at 4.20. You would think as a 'Bring back' I would be given better treatment but I was arrogantly told I would just have to wait. Terrible customer service. I will wait, forever, to give them any more of my business

horrendous customer service skills. You constantly need to follow up with them and no one returns your calls/emails. Will never deal with them again. They clearly do not know how to run a business
