Wont return our fridge to us, refuses to reply to emails and Pauline has a tendency to slam down the phone when she doesn’t have an answer. It’s now been 6 weeks without a fridge and no communication either. We’ve now reported to fair trading. My advice, stay as far away from this business as you can or you may never see your belongings again. Edit: The police were called when you refused after six weeks to give me my fridge back. You were more than happy to give it back as soon as the officer walked in and the fridge wasn’t in pieces like you continually told us. In fact if you remember the police officer asked why you’d even bothered to get them involved because I wasn’t being rude or aggressive, nor was my behaviour extremely bad. Pauline, you never once communicated with us until we demanded the fridge be returned to us six weeks after we had dropped it off. I’m all for supporting small businesses but don’t use trying times like COVID to get away with terrible customer service. There are businesses a lot more worthy of support than Prestige Electronics so please don’t blame your terrible service and attitude or anything else but you.

Very happy they were able to finally repair my 6 month old Sony TV on their first visit (yesterday 24 Nov, 2020) - an involved and fascinating process to watch (hardware replacement and software update). Thank you!
My experience with this business was not ideal. I had a complaint with them after my coffee machine broke down after just three days of use from being serviced and repaired by this repairer. The business worked to resolve my complaint but it was not able to be resolved in a manner I found acceptable. When you engage with this business and they provide their quote for repairs after the initial assessment fee be sure you understand what has been and has not been assessed. Ask if there are any parts which are integral to the operation of the machine which they cannot assess as I was not advised when quoted of other parts which have internal mechanisms which could not be assessed
My mum and I have had 2 repairs done here and they have been worth every cent both times. They were able to fix an old and well loved TV from being trashed and were also able to save an old camcorder as well which was our only access point for lots of homemade family videos. Pauline is so kind and was able to explain what needed to happen in an easy way so I understood and didn't make me feel stupid at all!! Micheal was also so kind to offer VHS to USB services to us, but we were able to do it ourselves. I give many thanks to everyone there for saving our loved electronics from the tip!!
Excellent service keeping our beloved coffee machine operating smoothly and quietly. Matt had all the parts ready and on-time repair and servicing meant we were back on the road with no time wasted. Good off-road parking and smiling efficiency.
It was great talking to you Pauline. Thanks for your help in this matter. Regards Jigar
Prestige Electronics are truly professional and customer focussed. The family background to this business is obvious with staff genuine and honest They diagnosed quickly and repaired by Sony 65 inch TV quickly. Kept us informed and did what they said The staff are amazing and listen to your concerns and ideas. They go the extra mile to get the best outcome for you. In my case so did Sony- thank you Sony for your support even though my TV was out of warranty Pauline and Michael deserve massive bouquets Thank you Prestige - we will definitely use you going forward
I took in a Samsung TV to get fixed and after paying to get it looked at and a part replaced, it turned out that another part and further investment was required. It was not financially feasible for me to continue fixing. Lesson learned for me is to calculate the cost of the worst case scenario of getting a TV fixed. In some cases it's best to spend a bit more and replace, on some occasions however, the fix might just be worth it. Luckily for me, Simon offered to find and sell a working second hand TV that the shop had previously fixed, at a reasonable price so that I wouldn't go empty handed. The Sony Bravia TV I ended up with is bigger and nicer than my original. Thanks Simon and Pauline for trying to make the outcome as best as it could be.
