Large range of equipment, parking at the front of the store makes it fairly accessible. Seems expensive, but that could just reflect the market rates for this stuff. Average customer service though. I hired some equipment and bought pieces of it back at different times. They made a typo on my name in their computer when I hired it. First time back we found my order under this incorrect name. I went back two other times and they still hadn't fixed the typo so I have to give them a fake name to find my record. I guess I've got an alias now?

I went in to mobility matters who changed their name and I was unaware of sometime last week with my elderly mother, Father and Occupational therapist. We were served by the lady who calls herself the show house manager. For one she would not stop coughing and at these times she should of been wearing a Mask or been at home. Secondly when doing up our order she seemed more interested in getting us out of there rather than serving us. Lastly when I came back in on the Thursday just to get a few things we missed and to get a copy of the order the younger girl couldn’t find my fathers order under any of our names. She asked the older lady to see if she could find anything and behold nothing awful. The young lady asked me what the order was and who it was paid by and she found it under someone else name The lady who served us previously got the address and number right but not his name. Very unprofessional. Thankfully the other two lady’s fixed everything up and assured me it would not happen again. Mobility matters before they became this Leef business were much more organised, professional and polite to the customers. I doubt we will be back again and if so not served by that lady.

I had a positive experience at Mobility Matters. I ordered products online for pick up in store. Not only was my order ready super quickly, the staff helped me out with additional suggestions and advice. Keep in mind they tend to be busy, especially during peak periods like lunchtime. If you're not sure what you want and want to have an extended conversation with sales staff I'd suggest going when it's quieter.

Ask for Jessica, she is amazing! Warm, friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Jessica assisted us with an assist transfer trolley leg spread when one was not available. Jessica walks on water! Massive thanks! Paul

Awful Awful service by Mobility Matters! Not just once but every single time i have been there. ( which has been over 15 times) They have taken my order incorrect every single time and which is the same order every month. They are so rude and unhelpful. If i go in and request an order for today for a product, they will place the order a month later and i have to keep going back to the store to make sure the order has been placed and if it is correct and they will give me this attitude "like we know what we are doing" and when the order comes it is literally far from what i have ordered. Whoever is employing the staff really needs to step up their game. Just awful service.
