Fantastic from start to finish. Malplas has been wonderful throughout from initial quoting and designing with Mick, to administration with Dani Ruth right through to the installation with Dylan and his team. The process was smooth and the quality of workmanship is exceptionally high. Well worth the wait! The team onsite went above and beyond during installation and clean-up which was very much appreciated; the attention to detail was very impressive and done as if it were their own home. The crew went straight to work on arrival - no delays, I had one point of contact during installation but everyone was easy to get along with, polite and professional. I can highly recommend Malplas for anyone looking to get double glazing. I'll be definitely going back to get the external access doors done soon enough!

We've been exploring the idea of replacing our single pane windows for over 12 months and interviewed different suppliers. Malpas was a standout with Mick's expert advice, great customer service and responsiveness shining through well beyond any of the competitors. As for the installation process, we couldn't have asked for a more seamless experience. The installation team was like a well oiled machine, super efficient, organised and genuinely nice blokes. Outstanding build quality, installation and after build services. The combination of quality German materials/gears and local fabrication makes Malplas peerless in Canberra in terms of product quality and their ability for quick turnaround time in case of any issues with the windows ( turnaround time is major concern raised by builders choosing uPVC). Malplas also provides the best priced uPVC in Canberra - perhaps even cheaper than some of the rival companies in Melbourne and Sydney. Mick has been very professional, responsive, solution focused and supportive through out our building process.
