I gave one star because I couldn't give no star, worst customer service ever. Staff need training on customer service skills, the staff is very very rude with no courtesy and manners . very disappointed, I won't be coming back.

Best store in canberra! Staff were super helpful and friendly, gave me lots of great recommendations for a gift. Amazing product knowledge and their hot chocolates are to die for! Don’t think I can stay away!!

Seems pretty rubbish to have a cafe that stops serving drinks a minimum of half an hour before they close. If they'd had that information available anywhere I wouldn't have bothered coming out. As it is, I won't be coming back.

Accidentally to visit this shop on the 5 of July with family. A text book case of how customer service is not to be done. The girl who billed us at the counter, her attitude toward customers is pathetic. The coffee was good.
