Insulation batts [R5] were installed in the roof of our house over Easter, along with vacuum-cleaning. The quoting process, along with the full online cost details, was professionally done, with multiple options presented. The installer completed the job with great care and provided multiple photographs to show various stages of the installation. He also identified broken tiles on our roof which we appreciated. The Operations Manager co-ordinated the whole installation, scheduling and payment process, bringing experience and commonsense. Wet weather is one of the challenges that Just Rite has to deal with because it can delay scheduling but our our job was completed on public holidays over Easter which was fine by us and was arranged with us personally. 40% of our energy was being lost through the roof with the 35 year old insulation and Just Rite has assured us we will appreciate the benefits in the future, especially in summer. A job well done.

What can I say, Justrite really go the extra mile. Justrite damage your gas ducting at no extra cost and are so philanthropic they won’t mention it, Justfantastic. When confronted (with photos) they succumb to the pressure of their benevolent work with remarks "well that's not very good" & “we will definitely be able to sort something out”. I do the only decent thing and produce a bill to the value of their additional work as I genuinely believe one good deed deserves another. However, after a few careful weeks of avoidance (multiple phone calls and emails) Justrite come to terms and decide “your ducts were old" and that's just what happens So in summary, if you want a plethora of extra work for nothing (almost half the cost of the insulation) look no further than your local heroes at Justrite
We were very pleased with Just Rite's service as a whole, but particularly impressed with our skylight installer, Danny Pocock. Danny is the consummate professional; highly experienced, punctual, hard-working and efficient, courteous, helpful, and obviously takes great pride in his work. We would not hesitate to recommend Danny to any of our friends or colleagues who needed skylights fitted.
Don't bother. Go elsewhere. A visit to the office in Fyshwick showed that we were an inconvenience. A booking for a salesman to come and give a quote, didn't happen. Promised a call from Just Rite's Director.....still waiting. A waste of a day off work, and a waste of our time. Wonder what their real business intentions are??
Very responsive from start to finish. Danny who did the work was lovely and did a fantastic job. Loving the new skylight!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Horrible experience, paid deposit for blow in wall insulation, had no idea when my job was going to be done, called them and was told that it was scheduled for a day next week and would get a call the day before, no contact from them. Called again and was told that they don't who I spoke to but your job wasn't booked, then got a new ETA for the job, waited for that day, still nothing, called again, got another date, again nothing. Finally decided to cancel, asked for a refund, I was contacted by a higher up manager offering to get my job done that week, but at this stage I did not trust their quality of work so proceeded with cancellation. And despite no action by them at all, except answering my calls, they CHARGED ME 15%!! CANCELLATION FEE!!!
Don't be fooled by the upfront cheap cost. You get what you pay for. Cheap and nasty labour which resulted in twice the cost to repair the damaged tiles and in-roof ducting once the insulation was done. Learn from my mistakes and save yourself financial stress and book with a reputable company, as I will in future.
I ordered polycarbonate roofing sheets. Ordered it before 12pm.. the next day it got delivered. Very happy with their service
