I was desperate to find some tinsel after all the major shops had sold out and most were not even answering their phones but I called Hang Ups and they answered the phone quickly, they had what I was after and were really friendly and helpful. They have a really good range of Christmas decorations, staff are helpful and friendly and they even gave me a discount on what were already very reasonable prices. I read another recent review here from someone talking about call centers - these guys dont use a call center - if the other guy had ordered through the post then he is being critical of the couriers who delivered the goods, not the shop or its staff so thats a pretty unfair review IMHO. These guys were nothing but friendly and professional when I went in today. I will definitely be going back next Christmas for my supplies instead of running around town trying to find scraps of left over stock at the big stores like Kmart, BigW and Target.

The worst possible experience. I’d give UPS Canberra 0 (zero stars) if I could. The delivery people claim untruthfully that they make attempts to deliver the parcel. The call centre people are confused and confusing. Now I got an email from UPS saying that I have signed for the parcel at the drop off, when in fact it was just left on the front porch when I was away at work. It took 4 phone calls of me complaining before the parcel was just dumped.

Great Christmas shop!!! Quite overpriced though. I get some imports from Germany and some other countries but still was overpriced.
