Multi-head split reverse-cycle Mitsubishi Electric system was professionally installed in correct places in every room of our big house. Your very appropriate suggestion to place the cassette unit in kitchen area with very limited room available was exceptionally suitable and will help us to avoid problems in the future. Treats you like a criminal if they make a mistake and you ask them to return and fix it. Insist on you paying for them breaking your air conditioner when maintaining it.

We had a while new ducted system installed. This company and staff were fantastic. They came on time, updated us through the process, cleaned up after themselves, and worked hard, even on a super hot day! Would definitely recommend them.
Highly recommend! The job was complicated but this company had the best design and managed to deliver exactly what I needed where other companies said it was "impossible" or tried to tell me I had to go with a solution that would have given an unsightly result. This company delivered, was on time, and result was high quality. If I went with another company I would have made a HUGE mistake and it would have cost me in the longer term. Great team and great communication.
I had a pre-summer start up clean evap filter. Would NOT recommend this company whatsoever. Service completed and was informed my Bonair Evap Cooler was operating normally. The service guy turned my tap off so hard that it was difficult to turn on again. He then had the cheek to suggest a new drain tap was required as existing had seized. Not long after that my system refused to work! Admin person was quite rude suggesting that there appeared to be a tap issue and that the service guy wouldn't be able to return to inspect for a while. I changed companies and next service guy told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with my tap. System just needed a new valve. They were able to order and get this repaired in a timely manner. Don't even consider Airconditioning and Heating Centre if you want a professional job done.
From the initial phone call with Val to the written quote and professional and tidy installation by Jeff, Tyler and John we were very happy. They had a competitive price and put up with my pedantic requests for everything in writing and taking care of our rhododendrons! Thank you
Good service - they said November and it was November when it went in (even when other installers said that stock wouldn't be available until next year). New unit much nicer than the old one!
