Andrew from Future cargo has been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Our journey started in Brisbane where I purchased a 40ftHC from Future cargo at a great price, we packed our own container and Future cargo have done the rest. Phone calls are answered or returned promptly, everything has happened as we were told it would and our goods will be at our destination before us. We got a super price on insurance, altogether we saved a bundle and got superior service. I highly recommend Future cargo to anyone looking to buy containers and/or ship goods internationally. Thank you Future Cargo! I am not the kind of person who leaves feedback, but in this case I have decided to do it because I am impressed by the way of how I, as a client was handled. We booked a port-to-port service. I looked for offers for about two weeks. The route was Australia to Romania, a 20ft container with personal goods. The best price I got was from Andrew @Future Cargo. And he delivered 150%!!! He explained the whole process thoroughly. English is not my first language, so sometimes he had to explain twice. My calls were always answered, sometimes at 8pm. Always polite. Always understanding. The container was delivered to my house exactly when I was told. The same happened when it was picked up. During the time we had the container (we packed ourselves) he even rang to see how we’re going with the packing. He gave us a few tips on how to arrange the goods inside the container. He handled all the paperwork that was required in Australia. As I was saying earlier we booked port-to-port. That means the paperwork in Romania was to be handled by me and my agent. When the container arrived in Romania there was smth that needed to be amended, urgently. Although, officially our contract ended, he took my call (guess what? again 8pm) listened to the issue I was having and straight away contacted all the involved parties and the matter was resolved. I cannot thank you enough Andrew for all the duty of care you have shown, for all the late calls you took and for being with us all the way. I don’t know if you are ever going to read this, but Australia and the world deserve to know and must be told of your great services. Thank you, Nicoleta

Andrew was patient and gave us a flexible schedule, it was a pleasant experience working with him. The driver Tim did a great job in packing our car and explained to us how to tie our furniture down.
