Recently had a warranty issue with some work completed at Future Auto Gladstone, issue happened outside of Gladstone so repairs had to be carried out by another repair station, Neil and the team at Future Auto Gladstone were fantastic, nothing was an issue I was fully compensated for the warranty repair work needed the next day. Overpriced and excessive labour times. They charged me more on labour alone then my last service and the only difference between the services was 2 wiper blades. If it takes you nearly 4hrs to do a filter and oil change, a couple globes and wiper blades, then maybe being a mechanic isn't for you.
