We were disappointed today when visiting ex display furniture today in Dandenong. We were prepared to spend \u003e2K whilst there. Found the staff were too deep in their conversation to even acknowledge our presence and the Items were looking at were well above what they should have been for ex demo stock.

Have unfortunately had a poor experience. Customer service was A until post payment. We purchased a lounge suite, dining table & 6 dining chairs. The incorrect lounge suite was delivered and upon notifying them, was told delivery for the correct couch wasn’t possible until the following day. They allowed us to use the incorrect lounge suite in the mean time as we got rid of our old lounge suite. We have a young family so it was especially frustrating however we didn’t kick up a fuss. Fast forward to the following day, we are delivered the lounge suite from the floor and not a new one as promised when when purchasing it. I rang and spoke with a lady who told me the manager was only offering an apology and an option to be fully refunded or to put our towards a different lounge suite. I asked for a partial refund for the inconvenience that your company caused however was denied. We don’t have time or to come back and forth to your show room which is a good 45min away to be refunded or to choose another lounge suite (which I assume would take an additional day at minimum to be delivered) when we have been inconvenienced enough! We also can’t afford to be without a lounge suite any longer. If we wanted to specifically purchase a floor piece, we would have done that. We have ultimately purchased & received something that we didn’t intend on. Not once were we told that the lounge suite we bought would be the one on the floor that numerous people have touched and sat on, during a global pandemic mind you. Delivery team were nice enough, however left our home smelling like cigarette. So disappointing considering we have spent a substantial amount of money and aren’t the ones in the wrong.
