Most unprofessional people to deal with. I have placed order in late November 2020and received item in February 2021. While placing an order we discussed about protection care cover for items we bought and interested to add on and lady from staff advised us that we can add this cover even later once items delivered .After receiving delivery next day my wife went to shop for care cover and lady said sorry you are not eligible for that cover as items already delivered.It’s very frustrating when buying some expensive stuff from unprofessional people. Never Ever going back to this shop.Good thing about truth is you don’t need to remember what you said that’s what staff should learn. What a unfortunate day for me when I decided to buy from this shop.

Bought a bonded leather lounge suite off you and it started to peel very early on. This particular lounge suite wasn't used often and I had never had this happen to me before. You wouldn't replace it as it was just out of warranty! I have just purchased a new house and have been buying all new furniture for it but not from you because of this.
I bought a leather sofa set, marble dining table and chairs and I had doubts about the quality of my purchase. Although I was very upset, staff were quite polite and patient with me and they satisfied my expectations eventually. I also was reassured that my sofa was genuine leather and the bottom part of the marble dining table is also from real marble. Thank you Girish and Aayushi
Just be mindful if you buy any furniture with artificial leather! they'd crack and peel off after about 4 years. That's what happened to ours even though we don't have kids or pet and our lounge is not directly exposed to the sun light. Contacted customer service and found that they are sorry but don't repair for free because it's out of warranty however they pay the labour cost if I'm happy to pay the cost of new covers and transport it myself in & out of repair shop.
Bought a lounge and bed suite about eight months ago.The paint from bed suite started coming off and the recliners stopped working after 3 months of purchase and stitching came off. still in warranty, informed the store about the lounge and they sent a guy to see. So rude and unhelpful. Didn’t do anything about the problem. Was planning to buy a dining suite and outdoor furniture but not anymore.Wouldnot recommend them to anyone. Bad service
We spent a lot of time searching for a specific dining table set. The owner initially helped us find the perfect one and paired different chairs to it for a great price. When we called to follow up with the purchase Aayushi helped us find it again being super helpful and friendly organising fuss free pickup the next day. Cannot recommend enough. aayushi
Absolutely disgusting service! Called prior and requested a price match for a couch my friend purchased for 1490, they said they could do it for 1590. Drove all the way in store, then the service lady proceeded to insinuate that she never said that to me, I was lying and could only offer it for 2000. The 2 service ladies were discussing in front of me in a different language also which is not appropriate service. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS. Waste of my time and very disrespectful.
