We visited Furniture Bazaar Mandurah to view lounge suites for possible future purchase. From the moment we entered the store, Vicki was friendly and helpful. After checking out a few lounge suites, and visiting a few other stores in the area, we returned to Furniture Bazaar to once again test suites we liked and make a few enquiries. Nothing was too much trouble for Vicky, who happily answered all our questions. Once a decision was made, we proceeded to finalise our purchase, and when we had issues with our finance company, Vicky allowed us to contact them with the store phone. Vicky was friendly and helpful throughout our entire process, and is an asset to Furniture Bazaar. Our lounge suite was delivered on time, in fabulous condition, and is now being enjoyed by the whole family. Thank you Vicky for all your assistance and patience. Your customer service was second to none.

Maggie was helpful, even though the shop had closed she continued to serve us. We left the shop with out our invoice but she kindly emailed it to us. There is a lot of stock to choose from at reasonable prices.

Not impressed, purchased some items that were on special, was told the the special was going to end that day. So she would get the purchase. Had to get the money and pay that day. Went back during the week to find still on special. Was given some spiel about its not up to her but head office.
