We rented a fridge freezer from Frosty's for six months and we were very happy with the service provided. Kim was punctual when delivering the fridge and he was a lovely guy to deal with. Frosty by name but not by nature! Pick-up of the fridge was quick, easy and efficient. We would highly recommend this company if you need to hire a good quality appliance with fabulous customer service.

Frosty by name and nature. Begrudgingly giving one star, if I could give none I would. Called today after having our fridge pack it in over the Christmas period, losing hundreds of dollars of food. Said I wanted to rent a fridge for a period of a few weeks, and was told it was a 3 month minimum. When I agreed to a 3 month rental, was told that 4 would be better. "Frosty" asked when I would like it delivered and naturally I said as soon as was possible, which was met with complete derision. At which point "Frosty" correctly assumed that my flat was up three flights of stairs - and when I confirmed that it was in fact up three flights of stairs he asked if I "had called today just to piss him off?". I told him not to worry about it. Frosty's attitude was more rotten than the food I'd discarded after a hot summer's day in a dysfunctional fridge. Total drongo, look elsewhere for polite professional service.
Awesome service. Fridge was spotless and worked very well. Easy and friendly delivery and pickup and very well priced. Highly recommended.
I 100% recommend Frosty's Fridge Rentals. Frosty got us out of a jam when the fridge we had purchased from a local retailer wasn't available for some weeks and needed a short-term rental. Frosty delivered when we needed it, picked it up when out new fridge arrived, all with great communication, excellent price and free delivery. Fantastic, professional and friendly service. Best business on the Coast! I would 100% recommend this business to anyone looking for a rental fridge. Mr Frosty helped me out of a jam when I moved from Melbourne to the Gold Coast. Waking up on a Sunday morning to discover my fridge has died overnight is not a good way to start my day. After googling for a while I discovered that Frosty’s Fridge Rentals were open on Sundays. I immediately called and Kim delivered a fridge for me same day and took away my old one. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommend Frosty's Fridge Rentals! The service is professional, quick and they are very easy to get in touch with. Super flexible with free delivery and pickup which has been so convenient for us. We had trouble with a fridge and he was there within the hour to happily replace it. Couldn't recommend them more!
