First and last time using this service. Was quoted 100 for two frames and told to bring my artwork in and it would be done then and there. Brought the artwork in, and they said itd be 2 days. After a week or so, still hadn't heard anything so I came in, was told it would be 2 days again. Another week goes by and I still hadn't heard back. Went in, they were actually ready, and they told me it'd be 180! Not only had I waited almost 3 weeks from when I was told it would be ready, but they hadnt bothered to tell me it was a surcharge for having a cardboard border- if I'd known a cardboard border would cost an extra 40 I never would've agreed when asked. Very disappointing customer service and complete lack of communication. Only reason for two stars is because the frames are good quality, definitely would not pay 180 for their work again- will be taking my business to other framing stores.
