The manager of this shop refused to give me a receipt for dropping off a Parcelpoint package. He advised me that other thousands of his customers just simply drop off their packages without any receipt given!!! It is unbelievable that this practice has a stance in Australia. I lost all my trust in this shop for whatever service or goods they provide.
