Excellent supplier of espresso machines and parts. I am an espresso-tragic, and Jetblack are my go-to supplier for all things coffee. They stock hard to get parts for a number of espresso machines and grinders, and my recent purchase were replacement burr grinders for my Rancilio Rocky. Top notch after sales service (much thanks to Amber!) combined with a wide variety of machines and parts make Jetblack a must-inspect for anyone wanting to buy anything coffee.

I've been an infrequent customer of Jetblack since the Cremorne location days and have purchased a grinder and various coffee accessories from them over the years. More recently I have called on the phone to check for parts availability and have found the phone staff to be friendly and helpful. It's quite disappointing when physically going into the shop, the customer service experience is not the same. The middle aged lady who looked after my purchase was quite abrupt, unhelpful, and her attitude made it apparent she didn't really want to answer my general advice questions on machine servicing and accessories (I literally only spent about 2 mins asking). I still purchased about 200 worth of parts since I already traveled all the way to French's forest, but at one point I had contemplated walking out. I'm not sure whether the lady was just having a bad day, but if that's the attitude, I'll likely consider other retailers first before buying from Jetblack again.

This establishment does not deserve any stars. Extremely rude, spend well over 7K and got less than 7 cents worth of service. Customer service is non existent, Just pay up and get out of my store, this is how they make you feel. Purchased new ECM Synchronika coffee machine and installed flow regulator. Flow regulator installed in a rush and was positioned at 1 o’clock instead of 12 O’clock (see attached). Not sure what is worse service or installation team. Do yourself a huge favour and go elsewhere.

These guys serviced my machine at a cost of 300 which already seemed a bit high. Took it home and another fault appeared straight away. Had to drive back to Frenchs Forest to get it repaired again, which they wanted me to pay for. Poor indignant attitude when i returned it for the second time and they clearly didnt fault check it properly before sending it home the first time. Machine wasn't cleaned very well by them and they didn't screw back some loose panels. Just careless shoddy and expensive work. Wouldn't use these guys again.
