Excellent store with excellent customer service. I called Ryphone last week as I was looking for a spare part for my phone case. I live in Darwin and was only stopping briefly in Perth. As I was concerned about the delivery time, Alex organised for the item to be delivered that day.. with a free gift! Honestly some of the best customer service I have received in years. Also the part that I was looking for I couldnt find in-store anywhere else in Australia, so they evidently have a good range!!! Thanks Alex and Ryphone!
No integrity, They tried to avoid paying their debts. We have to ask Debt Collection Agency to help us. Very very bad.
I needed to fix my old iphone. I rang Ryphone on recommendation of Bentech. Techie wasn't there, but they let me use the screwdriver that fits the funny six-starred screws to get it open. THANKS! Brilliant!
