We were approached by Freight Concepts to move our freight across. We were promised cheaper rates and better services by the General Manager RJ than what we were getting with TNT. What we ended up receiving was appalling and meant we had to put on an extra customer service person to deal with the mess they created. We had multiple items lost, our customers were told that we had lied to them and not sent freight (when we had), delivery took up to 3 weeks to get from Sydney to Sydney, items were part delivered and drivers rude and aggressive. Management are no better refusing insurance claims with fake PODs and aggressive responses. Do yourself a favour and AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!
