Ford Aust, and Freeway Ford have been nothing short of brilliant, i had motor problems with my car they replaced the complete motor at no cost at all to me, now my 2017 model Ford is like new again. We are a business that needed to upgrade a Company Vehicle, replacing a 5 year old Ford Ranger XLT with high km's for a New Ranger. James our Sales Manager at Freeway Ford was very helpful and we were able to Trade In our previous vehicle and purchase a New Ranger Wildtrak, all from the convenience of our office desk. This was assisted by the help of mobile phones and texting photos. The New Vehicle required a Fast Turnaround to keep the business operations running, after the Trade In Vehicle was emptied for handover. Freeway Ford were able to deliver handover quickly and promptly whilst ensuring the new vehicle had its upgrades (wheels and tyres) completed quickly. We were very happy with their good pricing for the New Vehicle and Trade In, including their prompt service and fast handover.

I bought a Ford Endura 4 weeks ago, demo model 4500km apparently the Mangers wife’s car, sale went fine through salesman Jerome. Bought and paid for on the Monday, delivered by truck to my home on the Friday. Happy at this stage till I started driving it, warning lights come on first drive and has been back at Sunbury Ford ( due to COVID)for repairs 3 times. Care factor from Freeway Ford zero. No follow up, no care factor. I cannot believe that they were not aware of the fault but sold it anyway. Started off all good, we will get you a new car then absolutely nothing. Ford themselves take over and enter a case for a new replacement car, gets approved but want me to pay an extra 18000, that is what 4500 km cost apparently. Will never by from Freeway Ford again, but then I will never buy another Ford again and I have had many a Ford till now!!!
