Marilyn served us. Marilyn you need to go on a customer service training course or work in the back office away from the public. You truly were insensitive to us and after explaining to you we were flood victims you said "you can take the rugs if you roll them up and carry them . We did because we have humility, when really I could have screamed at you. We spent over 1000 with you. I hope your manager reads this and discusses you lack of manners in more depth. -10 stars

After waiting 10 weeks for a product (that was not the problem as I was advised it would be a 10 week wait) only for it to arrive with no inserts to secure the legs. Contacted the Townsville store where I bought the product only to be told it was a warranty issue!! Contacted warranty only to be sent the wrong parts both times, despite sending photos of what was missing. Great products but after sales service is non existent. I find it hard to believe that I could be sold an 800 buffet that I cannot put legs on 3 months after paying for it.

We purchased an outdoor table from Freedom Townsville. When we got it home and were putting it together, there was an issue with it. We returned it to the store and Donna immediately exchanged it. Great customer service should be acknowledged, hence this review.

In-store service is very good and friendly however.... here's a warning for those who want to buy a larger item(s) they don't usually stock in store (pretty much all the furniture you can see). My first large order took one month to arrive and now I have just heard my next large order is going to take TWO MONTHS to get here. So much for the obligitory 2-6 weeks they tell you for delivery. *Update 1. It has been 2.5 months since purchase & I'm still waiting on furniture.* **Update 2. Due to Freedom using a third party business that kept shipping containers full of Freedom customers' orders sitting around for months, is the reason I still haven't received my furniture. People working for that business have been fired due to their negligence. The staff at Freedom have been very sympathetic and offered compensation for the error.** Still, their wares are of great quality and I find myself reluctantly returning again, and again, and again... The third-world disadvantages of living in FNQ I guess. Still. Not happy Jan.

Attended this store on the 28/08/2018. The store itself is very nice but the service is as bad as they come. She didn't even bother telling us her name and made us feel like we didn't belong there.
