My husband and I just had one of the best experiences with a young man call Judson, we have honestly ever had, shopping. He made us laugh which in turn made us feel very welcome ... we have shopped with Freedom for many many years but this was by far the best experience we have had ... he was such a joy!!! We ordered a 3000 lounge in July and was told 16 week wait. They said to pay all the money otherwise when the stock comes in they’ll give it to someone who has paid in full. So we paid and we’re still waiting. Have had no one contact us and when I try to call no one answers EVER! We asked for a refund so we could buy another lounge else where and they said we have to pay 20% of the purchase price. Still waiting for our lounge and a phone call!

Do not shop with Freedom. Absolutely terrible service. I purchased 8 dining chairs online which at the time said they were in stock. Turns out they were not in stock and would take 2 weeks to arrive, which was fine. This was 4 months ago. Since then I have only been updated when I called them - multiple times as more often than not no one answers the phone. After 2.5 months I requested a refund, but was told I would lose 20% of my money as per their cancellation policy. I am still waiting for my chairs. And am still yet to be contacted by a staff member. Very surprised they are still in business.

Absolutely attrocious service. Was quoted 10-12 weeks, at week 13 we called up to find out that the lounge set we ordered had been delayed by 4 weeks, no sign they'd been planning to update us. 8 weeks later still no sign of our order and they can't even tell us where it is. The ladies in store (who have been the best thing about this whole experience) tell me they're pretty sure it has come off the ship but beyond that can't tell us where it is. Basically, it's been 5 months and still no sign of our order. In fact it appears they may have completely misplaced it.

We purchased a lamp online and got a confirmation email asking us to collect within 7 days. We went in 2 days later to be told the lamp isn't in store and the only person who deals with online orders isn't working, they then asked us to come back the following day to follow up. Terrible disrespect for the time spent coming in store after being given a short time frame to collect the order in the first place.

I made an online purchase for a lounge. I never received confirmation of the Order however the transaction was processed twice on my Latitude card. There were zero options for me to make any enquiries about this via the website aside from the 'online chat'. Initially I was informed someone would contact me the next day. Over the following four days I continued made contact via this forum and was told repeatedly that someone would contact me about the transaction ASAP. This did not occur. When I ask for an email or contact details for your Head Office, I was told they were 'not known'. The website does not offer an option for feedback or complaints. This was the only forum available. I have found Freedom to be completely unprofessional and inadequate in addressing my issue. As a result, I was required to lodge a 'disputed transaction' with Latitude. Google review would not allow this post without giving at least a one star rating

I was in in Freedom Kotara on weekend and left the store smiling, the customer service from Sarah K was nothing short of an absolute pleasure, so genuine and very helpful! Thank you Sarah, I’ll defiantly be back!
