Freedom furniture purchase and lounge was great however, after recently trying to claim for accidental damage under Care cover we have found the insurance process to be ridiculous and so hard to claim against any damage. Subsequently, our interaction makes us believe this is junk insurance and not worth the paper it is written on and the company will make it almost impossible to claim. NOT Recommended.

Product arrived damaged. The manager did not care and advised to follow a cumbersome online process. Everyone be aware when buying from freedom that no after sales support is offered in store.

If possible I would give a zero star rating. Four weeks ago my wife and I purchased a dining table, delivery was to take place 2-4 weeks from purchase. We called the Fyshwick store on numerous occasions this week but were not able to get through to a staff member. My wife followed up with an email seeking an update on delivery, to date we have not received a response. My wife then called centre management in an attempt to get someone from the store to call us, that too failed. My wife then attended the store yesterday only to be served by an incredibly rude staff member. The staff member advised her their phones are working but staff are too busy to answer them and she can take the incoming calls instead of attending to my wife. Naturally my wife bristled and then was told she was rude. My wife pointed out she was only reacting to the way the staff member was treating her. We received a refund. There was no explanation as to what happened to our order and no attempt to find out. If the person serving my wife doesn’t like her job, perhaps she should step aside for someone who would appreciate her income. We are totally disgusted with the service provided (not provided) by Freedom Furniture Fyshwick. Never shopping there again.

Ordered a turner bed on the 1st Aug. Its now 1st November. Upon purchase I was advised 6 weeks by the sales person Sean K. After chasing them up (no notification or follow up on their end) I was advised end of September. Called up again, I was advised mid October. Its now First of November. Not a single phone call/email from them regarding any delay throughout the whole process. Imagine being told 6 weeks and having to wait 3 months for a bed. Wouldnt be half of an issue if they were upfront about their delays but something tells me they deliberately lied to me about the lead times just so they could secure the sale. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM FYSHWICK FREEDOM. BUYER BEWARE

Ordered a bed frame in august and was told 6 weeks for delivery. 10 weeks later they tell me it's not going to be here for another 6-8 weeks. FOUR MONTHs for a bed that they said would take 6 weeks?? Sure covid restrictions have caused delays, but other companies haven't hade the same estimation problems. Given the massive number of people with issues you'd think that they could just buffer their delivery timeframes instead of lying to customers...

Ordered over 3000 worth of furniture from Freedom in Fyshwick. It was agreed to receive all but 1 item within 1 to 2 weeks and receive the last item within 3 weeks of that. It has been 4 weeks with no delivery or no contact from Freedom. I have spent the last 2 weeks trying to contact freedom to no avail. They do not answer phone calls or respond to emails. I would rate my review at 0 stars but 1 star is the minimum.

Zero stars would have been a fair rating. This stores customer service is pathetic and that is been kind. No ways you can contact them, don't answer phones, don't reply to emails but very happy to take your money. Placed an order on 26 June and paid for the product. Delivery date was within two weeks. We have nor received confirmation of the order, update on delivery and we can't get hold of anyone. Freedom head office does not have a phone...Uhh? Please don't buy from this company there are thousands of better companies to deal with.

Terrible!!! Will never be shopping here again and I advise others not to! My partner and I ordered a lounge and mirror costing us over 5K! They told us they would arrive and be delivered within 5 weeks. It has now been 6 with absolutely no communication to why they haven't arrived. We have sent at least 4 emails now with only one response saying July arrival. It is now the 20th of July and way past the TOLD date of arrival!! We have tried calling the store for the last 5 days repeatedly and no response! I have now contacted head office and awaiting their response! Horrible service, horrible communication, horrible notifications and horrible customer service! As I can see from the other reviews many other people are saying the same!
