I have placed an order for couches In mid November 2020 stating that my order will have arrived to my HOUSE within 10 weeks MAX. It has been over 15 weeks, I have constantly called up the Craigieburn store and every single time I call they have informed me of more delays where it’s gotten to the point that I don’t even want the couch anymore. I have just moved into a new house and have been sitting on my bed as I have no couches. The workers at Craigieburn are at no help at all, the only thing they are good at is telling me about further delays. I wish I could give this store 0 stars.

Poor service, poor communication, patronizing and rude staff... Purchased 2 items in June, from the Craigieburn store, due to the covid pandemic was advised wait times would mean delivery wouldn't be until the first week of September. by the 9th and no contact followed up, told they'd call back and didnt, followed up again, an additional 3 week wait. No October, no callback or emails, called to follow up, advised at least another 4 weeks with no ETA on when they will have the stock. Was then told' surely you must understand, we couldnt know there would be delays' Why has google not added a negative stars yet...

Went here on a Monday, at around 5:00pm - and the store was closed when the closing hours on Monday is 5:30pm. Had to go the next day. Items were quite expensive.

No one ever answers the phone or gets back on emails about existing orders.It has been a nightmare to order a couch from Freedom Craigieburn.
