Lovely and helpful staff! It's also generally quieter then other freedom stores, which is what you want. But the freedom head office and the freedom stores don't talk. It makes dealing with issues annoying and more complicated and time consuming then they probably need to be. But ultimately sorted and a happy customer!

Such poor customer care!!! I was so excited about purchasing my new buffet from Freedom only to realize that it was delayed by weeks and noone cared to inform me of the likely arrival time. I had to chase it up 3 times. And when the furniture arrived, the delivery men just dumped it in my living room fully packaged. I'm a single woman living alone and had no idea that I'd need to open and assemble and place the furniture and find a way to discard the packaging myself. How am I supposed to lift a buffet table all by myself? Soooo inconvenient and it shows a total lack of customer care. I had the opposite experience with Plush where the delivery men were so swift and professional and made sure my furniture was unpacked, assembled and placed so I could use it straight away. It took them only 5 mins of extra time to provide that extra level of service unlike Freedom!! Now I have to arrange someone to help me unpack and lift this buffet. Very very disappointed.

Nice products if you can go in store and purchase on the day. I’d never purchase online for delivery though - 6 out of 6 purchases I’ve made online (big and small items) have taken months and months to arrive. Little to no care shown by staff or customer care. If it’s not in your hands when you pay... don’t pay!

I don’t usually do this but need to warn people to stay away. We purchased 1 sofa and 1 sofa bed on 12/12. We were advised to expect delivery around 16/1. The sofa was delivered with no problem. However it has been 1 month now and after numerous phone calls, no one is able to tell us when the sofa bed will be delivered. The excuse that has been used and often very rudely and abruptly, it is because of COVID. If I knew that it will take more than 2 months for the sofa bed to be delivered I would have gone to a different retail shop. Based on false promises and advertising we have been sleeping on the floor for the last month. Appalling way to do business.

Terrible customer service! Been waiting for over 3 months for a chair to be delivered and all I hear is delay after delay. Such poor management of orders and incredibly rude staff. Will not be wasting my money here again.

Antonella was amazing in assisting us with our recent purchase of decor. She went above and beyond and was super efficient in finding the items we wanted. This has been the best experience I've had compared to other Freedom stores where staff weren't as obliging. I will only shop at the Chadstone store now. Thanks again, Antonella :)

Ordered in November, told delivery was 4-6 weeks (before Christmas). Still nothing. We got contacted in January saying part of our order was now out of stock. The helpful staff from the Chadstone store did allow us to take the floor set instead. However, 2/3rds of our order is still unaccounted for. No delivery scheduled. Called the number on their website and they said they can't do anything but pass the message on to the store. So unhelpful.
