I was happy with my experiences until I actually used the products. The quality of the products is terrible. The soap dispenser leaked at first than it got a hole... This is after 4 months of use... I also got bathroom mats, it has soo much fluff, even after several washes, it gets everywhere. Would not recommend any bathroom & kitchen products. Had to replace every I got from there. Terrible waste of money. Much happier with the items I replaced all of them with from Kmart and IKEA.

Why is it the last 3 times I've been to this store all the employees disappear or act as though I'm not standing at the counter waiting to be served. I mean I get it once or twice. But the last three times. Come on Freedom. Where's that good old customer service? So yes the last two times I've left my things at the counter and walked away without buying anything because after 20mins of waiting and being actively avoided. I was well and truly over it. With a toddler in toe I don't have the time to wait hours for some acknowledgment that I exist.

Go see Max! He's a total champion - we'll always go back to Freedom because he's such a friendly salesperson - always great service. Love all the unique items too. It's the perfect price point for well designed furniture.
