This is not a good company - do not buy furniture from them! We purchased two matching wheat coloured chairs for 1,100. They took 3 months to be delivered. Upon delivery one chair was the wrong colour. The replacement chair delivered the next day had a different colour seat cushion. When we rang to obtain the correct colour seat cushion, they refused to help. They said there is nothing they can do about it! No replacement. No refund. Nothing!!!!! We are now stuck with a set of chairs and one cushion that doesn’t match. Do not buy from Freedom!
Great service, great range and pretty good prices
Ordered a couch 1 month ago. Told it would be here and delivered in 2 weeks. Waited a further 2 weeks chasing up with phone calls to it finally showing up ... no communication from the store at all I had to always chase it up.
