Dreadful property rental department. Applied for a rental property and more than a week later nothing, no sms no email phone call nothing. Fine if we didnt get it but just plain courtesy to let us know like all other agencies do. I have applied with other agents who have approved me in less than 12hrs. I am on good money have a faultless rental history and have the money for bond etc. In other words a perfect tenant and this is the service I get? Amateur hour!

Ive had a fair few issues with my apartment but i have been super happy with Ella's support as my real estate agent throughout the process, shes taken the time to keep me updated and im really happy with the service and also the support in helping me secure another apartment, i also love the complex i live in

Hands down, best property group I've ever dealt with. All information was provided to us in a clear and concise manner, and all questions were answered promptly and informatively. Our building is well designed, solidly constructed and the facilities (pool, gym and BBQ areas) are a brilliant addition. John from the St Kilda office has the best communication I've seen from any Property Manager ever! Amazing!

Beware! I rented a condo from this agent and: 1. I paid for the initial NBN installation, then the agent asked my invoice to "reimburse". However, this agent has never replied me during the following half year. 2. During the move-out at the end of the rent, I was asked to use a "granted" cleaning service whose price was twice as others. I will rate zero start if possible.

@Burwodbricks property demo site, they don’t care about you, go somewhere else. worse realestate agent ever in my life. Not only did they not want to help, the Chinese lady didn’t even get up from her seat or take her eye off her phone. Finally she got up from her seat but the lady was rude and arrogant and give me no respect as a customer. Would give an zero star if this an option.

Requested a missing Air Condition remote in 2017. After numerous Emails and phone calls finally delivered the remote in January 2019, only because I told the guy that if you don’t send my remote ,I am going to press ask for compensation for putting up over a year in an apartment without a remote. Extremely unusual developer ,sounds very ignorant to customer concerns.Highly unreliable and ignorant employees.If you want to get something done ,it will be impossible .besidess the new car parking structure less than two years old has so many cracks and kind of scary.

Purchased a property built by this group, nothing but problems, corners cut everywhere, painting, plastering, etc. after 4 years the balcony needed major repairs due to incorrect materials being used under the tiles, were told by Frasers it would take 4 weeks. 3 months later it's still unfinished with no sign of the builders to complete the job, absolute disgrace.
