This morning around 11:20am at Frankston store, I was forced by staff to use hand sanitizer provided by the store before entering. I told her I don't want to use that and I already used my own hand sanitizer called Zoono, which suits my skin and has just been approved by WTO having a 99% effective rate of killing COVID-19. She told me that this was store policy, everyone needed to use the hand sanitizer that Tasman provided before entering. I don't want to use the alcohol base hand sanitizer, as I have fresh wounds on my hand and the alcohol will hurt my skin. I believe there are people who are allergic to alcohol and your policy 'forcing people to use your mysterious hand sanitizer' is not right. I hope you can consider changing the policy to voluntary rather than compulsory.
