Avoid at all costs. We wasted over 20,000 by using this company. 15k underpinning should not have been done at all but they demanded it with no investigation of neighbours foundations. Neighbour slab was cantilevered, therefore no pins required. Discovered too late for us though. Did not design chimney supports we requested anything like what we needed or asked for. We had to engage a real engineer to get the design done right. Cost thousands extra. Delayed the build for weeks. New building permit required. We even had to engage a different engineer just to get a new wall certified. The builder redesigned the original design from estruct himself as our old brick walls would have fallen down had we stuck with it. A lazy 400 extra just to get it certified (by a different engineer )and approved by the surveyor. Just additional cost after cost as a direct result of using estruct initially. Customer focus is non existent and customer service is pathetic. Always takes 3 or 4 calls to get any sort of action even for very simple requests like one line emails. Wish I'd never found them on google. Would be at least 20k better off. If I can save one person from making the same mistake I did, this review has done its job.
