I love my choice of provider SAI. I am more than impressed with the quality of the home care givers, who have proven to be genuinely caring, and also seem to enjoy their role as my “Minder” in my home. :-) This quality of care giver “..Minder” reflects the values obviously held by SAI in a very positive way. Genuinely caring, nurturing, attention to detail and professional in every way, is a rare industry culture these days. One that SAI have adopted and that sets them a cut above the rest and a hard act to follow. SAI have set the standards high, and as a consumer I love and benefit from that. I can’t sing their praises enough. Very rare these days so thank you SAI and all who represent them. Well done, and much acknowledged & appreciated.

I have been working for Sai for a year now and I love it! It has been the best company I’ve have ever worked for. The office staff and both CEOs are amazing, if you need anything they are happy and willing to help. I have really enjoyed my time working here and meeting all the clients I have got and had. Everyone here is so caring and understanding and easy to get along with. if I ever get the chance to come work in the office here I will do it in a heartbeat! Again it’s honestly the best company I have ever worked for.

SAI is an excellent service with extremely knowledgable staff who take a client-centred approach to providing the very best quality service in order to meet the needs of their clientele. As a social worker, I can't speak more highly of the crew at SAI and am confident in recommending their service. From what I have seen of SAI, their staff go over and above to ensure the consumer's voice is heard and the service is tailored to suit their individual needs. 5 stars from me :)
My mother is using SAI Home and Community care HCP level-2 services for quite few months now. She has always loved gardening and she has a beautiful garden but for some reason she lost her interest for something that she loved. When she talked about her love and skills of gardening to her carer from SAI, the carer believed that gardening will make my mother very happy. She tried her best everyday and yesterday both of them had an amazing time doing light gardening. I was visiting my mother recently and was so happy to see my mother having a spark and happiness on her face after such a long time. Thank you very much SAI. Your carers touched our heart.
Visited SAI to enquire about level 2 care for myself. From the first encounter with staff until I had exhausted all my questions, I was very impressed with all aspects of this service. SAI was the most impressive, and friendly, of all 7 companies I contacted. I feel secure in the knowledge that SAI will take good care of me. A great company.
Dear Nina and Upali, We were fortunate enough to have our dear late father looked after at your previous 5 star residential facility at Chelsea.Now we are extremely fortunate to have our mum in the care of your capable SAI staff. Mum is so happy and she looks forward to Renee, Cathy and Caroline assisting her daily tasks. ( I am so happy you came back from retirement to continue aged care. ) I highly recommend your services to all. Love to all at SAI.
An abrupt phone call at 7:30pm on a Friday night from SAI Manager CEO was made to our family accusing us of abusing staff over the phone. All or family member asked was for the qualifications of the care workers entering our Mothers home. In response we were told by the Manager and roster worker it was against privacy to disclose the qualification of their care workers. Care cancelled refusing care to our disabled Mother 2 days before required. We are still waiting on a phone call from CEO to this time kindly explain how we abused staff by requesting the qualifications of the worker entering our Mothers home?
