I just watched 3 people and a little girl to wait and eventually have to leave due to lack of staff out the front of the shop. At 12.20pm! Youre Youre supposed to be open

A sign said "be back in 10 minutes", and we waited over half an hour but no staff showed up. Decided to go elsewhere for ice cream instead.
