5 star for the service!! I had the cutest girl come help me with all my hiking requirements. Absolutely legend. She was incredibly helpful and I ended up buying almost everything she recommended. She knew her stuff so well done!!! Just disappointing with the lack of gear I could get.

Good range of items at a decent competitive price for the quality of whats on offer. Can struggle to get assistance from staff, but very helpful and full of knowledge when they arent run off their feet
Definitely have some room to improve on communication skills. Came in at Christmas to pick up a click and collect order, staff got order details then said they were going to go get it. 20 mins of me standing around waiting, asked another staff member to find out what was happening and they had no idea on where the other person was, leaving me waiting again, finally 3rd time I asked and someone else went down to find the items, which where Kayaks, not easily lost I would have thought. The first team member appeared and got my items. Definitely more trouble than it should have been. I do always love the items and pricing and usually staff a pretty good, this left a sour taste though :( I do understand how busy it is at Christmas time and I have a lot of patience for people doing their best, try to keep the customer in the loop and that will help them to understand :)
Great customer service. Walked in to buy bait with a anaconda fishing shirt on and got asked if I would like a BCF shirt, and they gave me a shirt for free.

Luke provided amazing assistance picking out the right swag and sleeping bag. Saved me a decent chunk on the swag and bought a few extras.
Very average BCF store, great service but the lack of stock is getting worse. Boxing day I went to get a new good reel and had hardly any to choose, I went back today still nothing, I went to buy some squid bait and had none at all and I needed a new fltty flicker aswell and didn't have one. I'm off to Anaconda now
Went to BCF Frankston to have a look at some fish finders and marine radios and was helped and served by Wil, Wil is a really easy going friendly guy who seems really interested in his job and helping a customer, I ended up buying a fish finder & Marine radio and was very impressed with how Wil conducted Himself as retail sales person at BCF , A fine young man and will be an asset to BCF, I couldn’t off been anymore impressed, 10 out of 10 .
