I realised Christmas Eve I needed special batteries for my son's present so I called Battery World and spoke to Wayne who said he was closing in 5min. I explained my situation and he said he would stay open until I arrived (15min later) because he knew how important it was to have these batteries. He was so helpful and accommodating and did it from the goodness of his heart so my son could wake up happy Christmas morning. Thank you again Wayne!
