Sunday lunch into the afternoon with a good friend, relaxing waterfront view & the food... oh the flavours combined! We chose our meat & shared some plates. My venison I will return for, definitely. The scotch done right. Particularly loved the zucchini with goats curd. Frank also has a bar where you can go for coffee if that's all you want, but really...you'd be missing out. Saving a dessert for my next visit. Our wait people were welcoming & attentive without gushing if you know what I mean. Thanks for a lovely afternoon.

We stumbled across this place at night, it was heaving! We waited about 20 minutes for a spot in the bar, well worth it. Food and wine superb. We loved it so much we came back for lunch! And we’ll be back again and we’ll be telling everyone we know to come here. :)
Couldn't fault food or service last night. Staff lovely and helpful. Shared the slow cooked lamb shoulder and it was to die for as was the chicken. Loved the beans as a side dish too! Only disappointment is it's not in Melbourne! We will spread the word to our friends in Melbourne and next in Hobart we will return. Thankyou!
We couldn't fault the food or the experience. Service was exceptional (thanks Phoebe) both times we visited. She even remembered that e loved the Espresso Martini's! Thanks for taking such good care of us on our holiday. Highly recommend the steak, potatoes and beans.
Wonderfully located Harbourside restaurant in the bottom of Hobart’s ugliest building (don’t worry, the views are spectacular and you can’t see the building from inside). Great decor with a warm timber and leather vide, which compliments the acres of windows and views over the Hobart port. The food was excellent and everything was a joy to eat. We had the ‘feed me’ option which meant we didn’t have to make any decisions - just eat. The white fish skewers and the meatballs were both excellent. Nice simple wine and drinks menu that supported the food. One of our party was vegetarian and they looked after him very well. Service was a little slow and we had a wait between courses. Not a significant problem and would certainly go back. Nice friendly staff and reasonably priced.
Nice food, meat was done perfectly. A bit dark where we were sitting, couldn't even see what our food was like The high tables were a bit chunky with their flower pattern making it tough to have sharing plates on the surface, even though this place is made for sharing food.
Absolutely delicious food and a beautifully designed space. The staff were accommodating and friendly. I would definitely recommend Frank to visitors and locals of Hobart!
