I have had numerous pieces framed here from my travels overseas and family photos done here and i am always very pleased with all of my frames. The staff pay special attention to every detail and really take their time with me to make sure im happy with every bit involved in my frames. These guys really know what there doing, im always comfortable to leave my pieces with them as i know they will be in the right hands. I look forward to bringing my future work in to be done.

Worked here for a small period of time. Let me tell you the people here were never kind or understanding and always spoke about customers rudely once they left the store. To say the least I got fired for something that was purely not my fault and out of my control. After being fired I had some artwork that I left for them to frame, they said they would do it complimentary for my family which was nice to say the least. I had told them to please be careful with the art, because my Aunty had done them and she had passed away just recently, which meant these pieces were very sentimental to my family. After about 6 months I told them that if they were never going to frame the pieces i would get them framed elsewhere, she replied saying they would be done in 2 weeks, 3 months later and I finally got some of the pieces back, only to find out that they had mistakingly "lost" the artwork. This had my family devastated, to say that they are professional would never be the appropriate word for this store. Completely disappointed with the staff as this has left my family in tears.
