As an artist I have had many paintings framed by the team at Framing and Art Matters, both here and at their Randwick store. I have always had excellent advice and walked away delighted with how my artwork looks.The quality and choice selection of frames and mat board is second to none, and the ultimate framed product is excellent - always enhancing the work, not detracting from it. The moment I entered the store I was greeted by Louis who was willing to assist me instantly. I had 3 artworks I needed framed but wasn’t quite sure exactly what I was after. He instantly pointed me in the right direction and had a great eye for picking the right frames. The finished product was perfect for the pieces with incredible craftsmanship. I take pride in having works that I have purchased or made myself framed professionally and with a keen eye for detail. It is a good thing Framing and Art Matters does both. I walked in with 2 large works and Louis who I met, understood what I had in mind and catered to it with ease and probity. Will be revisiting again for sure.

I have been framing with Jenny for a number of years because she is that rarity of framers: a person with a virtually infallible eye for knowing how a piece should be framed. It also is important that she uses only conservation-grade materials, which is not the case for many framers, even though they say that they do. An attractive adjunct is that, despite these advantages, she's actually frequently considerably less expensive than the competition. Finally, she and her staff always have been unfailingly receptive and pleasant, even when I was asking for something out of the ordinary.
