I took a piece of concept art to Frames on Farrant to get a custom made frame. Chris, the owner and frame-maker, was very friendly and very passionate about his trade. The options were seemingly limitless and the idea I had in my mind for how the frame should look is exactly what I walked away with. We agreed to not include a border to save me on costs, but Chris decided to include one anyway because he felt it looked better and would prevent the piece of art itself from having direct contact with the glass. He did this at no extra charge. I really appreciated him bringing his own artistic expression to the job as it really makes it feel like I'm getting more value for money, as opposed to some mass-produced, passionless, standard frame from any retail store. Couldn't be happier with the product I received and I highly recommend Chris for any of your framing needs.

I very rarely write reviews on google, but I feel compelled to do so for this business. I took a fairly small and simple, but sensitive item into the store on Saturday for repair, and the service i received all expectations one would have when dealing with someone for the first time. The professionalism from the owner as well as his empathy when dealing with my issue was brilliant. Thanks again.
