Had my picture framed, frame is bowed tried calling 3 times no one called me back and I left messages. Paid 350 for an item that looks terrible the top of the frame is pointing outward / not squared. Would not recommend I am sure you will find better service somewhere else in Cairns! This company does not look after locals and does not have care or passion for their work. Very disappointed with this business, I hope no one has to feel this upset when looking at something they valued and is now ruined

I just collected my framing which I had done for my son for an early Christmas pressie. He loves it!! These guys know their stuff and the quality is second to none!!
I wanted to get one of my paintings framed and got a quote. The staff was very friendly and profesional! Then I went to 3 other framers and in the end got the same service and materials for less than half price :) Definitely worth shopping around!!
Best image and frame service I’ve experienced. Such helpful and wonderful staff, ended up with exactly what I wanted and more, plus great coffee too!!
My mum went to Frame to have some photos framed. They did such beautiful work in crafting them that I went and applied for a job. So proud that I work for a company which puts their clients first.
