Bought 12 Jade plants from 4 Seasons. 10 have died and 2 are a different variety to the other 10. Called and emailed 4 Seasons. No response to initial email and calls, but I persisted. Eventually one of the managers said all they could do is replace the 2 different variety plants. They didn't do it, and haven't heard from them since, so follow up is non-existent. I have given up and I won't be buying more plants from 4 Seasons

Went to grab a Christmas tree today - was served by the most lovely and friendly guy. Staff are so lovely and professional, and want you to get the best product for your money. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

Buyer beware - do not get delivery from Four Seasons Garden Centre for large items as they only have one delivery person who isn't helpful at all. We bought a water fountain that weighed over 120 kg and paid extra for delivery and I had to move the fountain with him to help, hurting my back. To make matters worse when I called back to ask for someone to assemble (would have paid extra) I was told yes and someone would call me which never happened, then when I call back to check I got yelled and and finally a manager calls me back to say, "sorry were to busy for a month here's a number for a contractor". Its a simple installation for two people and any other delivery company would have done it. Shame on you Four Season for terrible customer service and worst delivery service in the beaches.
